Hello. My name is Mary Owens. I live in Austin, Texas. I am a retired secretary. I am married and have 2 adult children, 2 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. I was overweight off and on for many years. I hated dieting, and diets didn't work anyway. I didn't think I would ever lose my weight. Sweets and desserts were my weakness. I also ate out of emotion. For me, to be overweight was to be out of control. I make better use of my time. I enjoy my time more because I do things I wouldn't have attempted before. I know I can do anything. My blood pressure is lower and my cholesterol has improved. My doctor is amazed and my family and friends think my weight loss is great. I get compliments all the time. Hypnosis has also helped me be a better wife, mother and grandmother. I have more energy to put toward my family. I spend a day a week with my great-granddaughter, playing with her and taking her for walks. I couldn't have done that before.
