My name is Aimee King. I've lived in Columbia, SC all my life. When I was overweight, my life was a mess. Every day I would think about how stressful my life had become and wonder how much more weight the next month would bring. There are no off-limits foods, and I enjoy healthy food as much as I used to enjoy junk food. I've never slept so well in my life and I wake up motivated. I have a natural glow. I have the energy to stay on the go for 18 hours out of 24, and I even started exercising. If I want to relax and clear my head, I go for a quick walk.
