My name is Pam Payne, and I'm a retired court reporter from the Isle of Palms, South Carolina. I used to believe that, at my age, I should give up trying to lose weight. Then I called Positive Changes and lost 38 lbs. in only 5 months. I went from a plump size 16 to a slender 10 and dropped an amazing 9 inches from my hips. My weight loss was safe and easy, and the fee was reasonable. I spent that much on diet cola alone. I save a lot of money by not buying diet soda, candy, cookies and chips, and I no longer patronize fast food restaurants. I just had my yearly physical. I liked that the Positive Changes program would help me make the changes myself. At this point, I was ready for permanent weight loss, and I felt I could succeed at losing weight with hypnosis. I noticed a change in my behavior at once. I'm relaxed and able to handle any situation with ease. Hypnosis eliminated my snacking, cravings and poor eating habits, and I find myself not wanting foods that aren't good for me. Being thin feels better than any food could taste. When my husband wanted hot dogs, I couldn't even eat mine. That proves the Positive Changes program is working for me.
People who don't know me don't believe I lost a lot of weight, because I don't have sagging skin. In fact, my skin is smoother and softer than ever before. I look great! My friends are envious of me, and my family comments on how great I look. My husband is delighted. He always supported me when I was overweight, but now I love it when he tells me how good I look. When I was overweight, I could find plenty of time to do nothing. I make better use of my time now. I find time for myself; time to relax and to exercise. Best of all, I have the energy to exercise. It's a relief to know I can control any aspect of my life with ease.
I feel as if I have a new life. Losing weight made me confident about my appearance, my attitude, and myself. I am able to handle stress. I'm more comfortable in social situations and more assured about myself and how I look. I was to the point where I dreaded finding something to wear and hated to go shopping. Now I love it. I even love the way I look in a bathing suit, and not many women can say that. I'm ecstatic with my results. I finally did it thanks to Positive Changes. This is a wonderful program and it has changed my life!
