My name is Babette Harris and I'm from Sioux City, Iowa. My relationship with food used to be completely out of control. I needed help. Then I called Positive Changes and shed 43 lbs. in 11 quick months. I'm healthier and in better shape than I've ever been in my life. I recently ran a marathon. I'd never run before in my life.
