My name is Anita Stuppler. I'm a busy attorney, stand-up comic and actress. I was on and off diets most of my life and felt I was doomed to play the 'overweight female role forever. Thanks to Positive Changes, though, I've shed 50 pounds. Positive Changes helped me drop from a size 18 to a size 6. Nearly two years have gone by and my success remains. Food had become a comfort for me. I'd indulge in large portions of food that were quick and easy, but not necessarily healthy. After my first hypnosis session, I noticed immediate changes. Hypnosis helped me eliminate cravings, food binges and poor eating habits. Eating right is now second nature; I don't even think about it. It isn't like I'm thinking, 'Oh, God, everybody is having chocolate around me and I wish I had it. I'm not at all deprived or hungry. Hypnosis reinforced good habits in my mind and it was a natural change. My weight just kept coming off and coming off. Hypnosis has helped me have a positive, '˜can-do' attitude for other aspects of my life, as well. I have more energy. I'm into style and fashion, so I'm enjoying shopping for new clothes I wouldn't have been able to wear before. I was always considered pretty, but in the social arena, I felt my weight was holding me back. I'd always connected being overweight with being unattractive.
