Ehrhardt, Brenda Arlington, WA![]() ![]() My name is Brenda Ehrhardt. I live in Arlington, Washington. I've been married 21 years and have 3 sons '“ one's in college and I have twins who are 14. I teach music from the kindergarten to 5th grade level. I was overweight for about ten years, but it felt like at least twice that long. I just kept gaining weight. I had no control over what I ate. Thanks to Positive Changes, I feel in control again. I lost 65 lbs. I feel more physically comfortable and I love buying new clothes and looking good. I feel great! I was very much embarrassed about my weight-just looking bad in clothes and knowing I was fat, having people treat me differently. It was difficult emotionally. You go out to buy clothes and a sales clerk doesn't have the time of day for you. It's almost like people looked right through me. I suffered physically. I looked at it and thought about it- then the next week I saw it again. I was skeptical because I didn't know a lot about hypnosis. I decided I'd research it a little bit. As a music teacher, I have to put on concerts and be in front of the public quite a bit. I'm no longer afraid of that. I know I look good when I'm up on stage. Since I've lost weight, I'll go into a store and get help right away instead of being ignored. I was always pretty organized, but I can now set goals and usually meet them all within a day. I find my leisure time more enjoyable. I can go hiking with my boys and do more physical things, and when I relax, I truly relax. My family and friends have been very positive. I get compliments all the time, 'Oh you look so good, or 'You look luminous! I've already recommended Positive Changes many times.
