Vickie Long

My name is Vickie Long and I live in Beaverton, OR. I am a catering director. My goal for using hypnosis was to overcome a fear of driving. It's seems to have worked. I chose Positive Changes because I have tried almost anything and everything else. I saw the ads on TV and decided to make the call.

My success was being able to drive with more ease. I'm more relaxed and able to overcome the fear when it starts to come over me. I probably started noticing changes about half way through the program. Something just clicked and it started working. My husband started noticing changes pretty much immediately. I had a more positive attitude and was laughing more and smiling more.

My family is thrilled that I can drive. My grandchildren are thrilled. It's made my life better. I did tell my family that I was using hypnosis. My sister has the same problem that I do and they were very interested in seeing my results. Hopefully I can get them to try Positive Changes.

I have tried hypnosis before, but they didn't have quite the program that Positive Changes does. It was only a one-time deal and I don't think that is enough.

My outcome was great with this program. I feel better and have a more positive outlook on life. My stress levels are way down so I would say it's a great program. I do believe that the results will be permanent as long as I follow the guides that I learned here and continue to use them.

I have a more positive attitude and relaxation behind the wheel. Being able to drive over and see my grandson is great.

The most important benefit that I received was just being more positive about life. I would recommend Positive Changes to others.
