Twenty-four years ago I started having problems sleeping. At first I started taking over-the-counter sleeping pills, and when they did not work, I graduated to prescription sleeping pills. At that time my blood pressure dropped to 50/20 and I almost died requiring a hospital stay. It was a difficult time. Because of this, I went off sleeping pills and struggled with sleep problems for 3 years, often not sleeping but a few hours for several days at a time.

Since I have been going to Positive Changes, I have been sleeping again. I feel normal and I have more energy. Positive Changes does just what it ways. I have literally made so many positive changes in my life since I started the program. Here are some of those changes in my life: I do not drink myself to sleep anymore. I have cut my blood pressure medication in half and my blood pressure is still lower than when I started the program. I have reconnected with my faith and am going to church again. My family bonds have grown in strength and I have never felt happier or healthier in all my life.
